Agua Chiltepin
Fezlab was asked by the owners of Bisbee Breakfast Club to rebrand one of their newest products, Agua Chiltepin. It’s handcrafted chili water using only select chiltepin peppers & other natural ingredients. Chili water is popular in Hawaii, but with the inclusion of our native chiltepins - it’s a Southern Arizona flavor bomb. The Original Fiery Elixir.

One of the challenges with this project was communicating what is agua chiltepin?. It’s a lot of different things to who ever tries it.
Playful illustrations, maximalist typography (a nod to the era of elixirs and cure-all concoctions) contrasted with minimal color was the key to giving the fresh and fun feel of the brand.
It’s not hot sauce but it can be used like that, it can be a cocktail mixer / ingredient but it’s not specifically made for that. The brand’s overall aesthetic creates a flawless blend of these categories.
